The following are instructions for configuring your PC for printing from your directDesk session to your local default printer:

 

  1. Click on this setup script to prepare your PC for local printing: (You must re-boot your PC after running the setup script for the setting to take effect).

    Choose Run

     

  2. We recommend updating your Remote Desktop Connection Client to the latest version (RDP 6.0):

    * It is also available from Windows Update under Optional Software Updates. If you are using Windows Vista then you already have RDP 6.0 and you do not need to upgrade.

  3. Configure your local connection to enable printing:
